Plastic Fabrication:  We precision fabricate machine enclosures, guards, shields and covers, windows and doors, from polycarbonate, acrylic, CPVC, and numerous other plastics.  With our CNC-controlled vertical milling machines, lathes, drill presses, panel saws, line benders, cold brakes, plastic welders, grinders, sanders, band saws, table saws, and table routers, we can machine, bend, mill, route, drill, tap, glue, poly weld, assemble, and polish to your specifications.

Plastic Welding (Poly Welding):  We offer expert plastic welding services in-house.  Other plastic fabricators often subcontract their plastic welding jobs to us.  We offer polypropylene welding, HDPE welding, and UHMW-PE welding.  Our plastic fabricators rely on many years of plastic welding experience to make wet benches, laboratory equipment and furniture, tanks, and test fixtures with strong, air and liquid-tight plastic welds.  Let us put our years of plastic welding experience to work for you.

Design Assistance for Plastic Fabrication:  Our expert plastic fabricators offer design assistance to enhance the manufacturability, function, and cost effectiveness of your plastic parts and components.  Much or our equipment is computer controlled (CNC), and our CAD/CAM department can program your part directly from your CAD file.  We can also program from a simple hand sketch.  Regardless of how basic or sophisticated the design, we can get you the precision parts you need.
